Under the impression of the violent death of his brother Hero, Edo Boynga became the first to start an untitled common life and to resume a life as a craftsman. He was the first to use Boyunga as a family name and gave up teh noble title :von Oldersum. according to Harrold Bojunga who is spelling the first name "Hicco"
